Mind Stretcher Education Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to shape a positive learning experience for students and parents. The role focuses on customer service across walk-ins, calls, chats and emails, while handling administrative tasks and supporting teachers to ensure smooth centre operations.

The position offers training to learn programmes and processes, with a friendly team environment and opportunities for career progression within the Mind Stretcher family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a pleasant disposition.
• Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, chat, phone and email promptly.
• Maintain high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process monthly fee payments into the system.
• Provide support to teachers and ensure student safety at the centre.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
