Aureus Group's Aureus Academy in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and coaching staff to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in related sales/ops roles with 1 year in a team-leading position, and is ready to work weekends with two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience and at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• Willing to work on weekends with two weekdays off days.
• Strategic mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to prioritise tasks that drive centre growth.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor front desk performance and customer service to ensure quality experiences.
• Oversee logistics and facilities maintenance to provide a 5-star like centre environment.
• Achieve monthly sales/enrolment targets and support team members to meet their targets.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and organise staff welfare events.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction scores.
• Ensure aligned communications with company values across channels.
• Guarantee adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System by the team.
• Track and report team evaluations and development plans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
