Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Director to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, guiding them to achieve company targets and deliver excellent service. You will apply strong organization, sales skills, and deep product knowledge to promote our programmes.

Responsibilities include driving lead generation, managing centre growth, coaching staff, handling inquiries, and ensuring high retention while maintaining quality service standards across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends.
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership.
• Goal-driven with ability to prioritise tasks that drive centre growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolment, and conversion targets.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet targets.
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
• Retain customers through effective problem solving and uphold service standards.
• Ensure centre growth and manage conversions from trials to enrolments.
