Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; candidates with no experience may be considered.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills; able to translate concepts into practical guidance.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on employment legislation, workplace policies, HR trends, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, articles, and thought leadership materials on Employment Act, workplace regulations, and emerging HR issues.
• Develop practical resources such as playbooks, toolkits, case studies, templates, and best practice guides for employers.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials, reports, briefing papers for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employer enquiries relating to grants and other available support schemes.
• Triage and assess enquiries, providing preliminary guidance and escalating complex cases to relevant departments where appropriate.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and social media communications.
• Coordinate outreach efforts (webinars, workshops, and employer engagement activities) to increase awareness and adoption of the Centre's programmes.
• Support project management and administration for the Centre's initiatives.
• Assist with reporting, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
