Responsibilities

• Conduct research on employment legislation, workplace policies, and emerging HR trends.
• Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, and thought leadership materials regarding the Employment Act and workplace regulations.
• Develop practical resources including playbooks, toolkits, and best practice guides.
• Serve as a primary contact for employer enquiries regarding grants and support schemes.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives, including webinars and workshops.
