Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Demi CDP to support the CDP and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality food across multiple outlets in Singapore. You will manage daily prep, assist with purchasing and documentation, and help maintain top hygiene and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Head and Sous Chef to plan menus, oversee ingredient availability, and drive efficiency in kitchen operations while ensuring excellent dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification from a culinary school.
• Past experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good listening and communication skills as well as multi-tasking.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
• Passion for delivering great food and service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus with the team.
