An organization supporting individuals with disabilities in Singapore is seeking a Social Work Associate to aid in delivering psychosocial support to students and families. The role involves working alongside Social Workers and addressing biopsychosocial concerns. Candidates should be prepared to engage with diverse communities and facilitate case management. The Social Work Associate (SWA) supports the Social Worker in providing psychosocial support to the students and their families. The SWA will also bring to each case a basic understanding of the biopsychosocial concerns of families and the influences of family, community and cultural differences, enhancing the case management by the interdisciplinary team. The postholder may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc).
