The Good Life Services aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through the delivery of person and family centred services that support and empower these individuals, their family members and the communities around them so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives.

The Social Work Associate (SWA) supports the Social Worker in providing psychosocial support to the students and their families. The SWA will also bring to each case a basic understanding of the biopsychosocial concerns of families and the influences of family, community and cultural differences, enhancing the case management by the interdisciplinary team. The postholder may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc).
