JP Pepperdine Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales targets and expand the corporate client base.

You will assist clients with event planning, packaging, and menu selections, and prepare customized proposals and orders. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to work beyond hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Strong speaking, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Driven with a proven sales track record in similar roles.
• Familiarity with basic office tools; able to process sales inquiries and distribute orders.
• Good time management, resilience and problem-solving abilities; willing to work beyond hours.
• 5.5 days’ work week.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales to meet personal targets.
• Actively seek out new corporate client opportunities via social media, telemarketing, and direct visits.
• Assist clients in event planning, packaging, and menu selections.
• Prepare sales quotes, customized proposals, and event orders.
• Handle client requests, inquiries and follow-ups.
• Establish client relationships and deliver total customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with kitchen and operations to meet clients’ expectations.
• Execute and manage last-minute changes or adjustments to events.
• Provide service recovery as needed.
• Track daily activities and update customer records.
• Study competitor offerings and spot new market trends.
