Job summary

Neo Group, through its Orange Clove team, is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Representative/Executive to drive new business in Singapore. You will identify prospects, advise clients on event planning, and coordinate menus and packaging to meet client needs.

You will prepare quotations, manage schedules, and maintain documentation while delivering exceptional service. The role offers a structured career path, a fun team environment, and training on our integrated orders system; weekend work is

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Hotel & F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 1–3 years of sales experience in F&B, catering or hospitality.
• Entry level candidates welcome if you love good food.
• Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities.
• Outgoing, motivated and independent.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Working location at Boon Lay.

Responsibilities

• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels.
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering schedule prior to deadline.
• Maintain all proper documentation in catering and conference files.
• Attend and handle all customer enquiries and feedbacks.
