Job summary

Orange Clove Catering Pte Ltd is looking for a catering sales professional to connect with clients, understand their needs and tailor menus and packages for events.

You'll create new opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage enquiries, while building a diverse client base and upholding service standards. Training, progression and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel & F&B Management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in F&B, catering or hospitality.
• Entry-level candidates with a passion for food and people are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Create new sales opportunities through various sales prospecting channels.
• Help clients plan events, including catering packages and menu selections.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering schedules accurately and before deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation for catering and conference files.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring professional and quality service.
• Build and expand our clientele across market segments while representing Orange Clove’s service standards.

What Will You Be Doing?

As part of our Catering Sales team, you’ll be the bridge between our delicious food and our customers.

You will:

• Create new sales opportunities through various sales prospecting channels.
• Help clients plan their events professionally, including catering packages and menu selections.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering schedules accurately and before deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation for catering and conference files.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring every client receives professional and quality service.
• Build and expand our clientele across different market segments while representing Orange Clove’s service standards.

Requirements

You could be a great fit if you:

• Hold a Diploma in Hotel & F&B Management or equivalent.
• Have 1–3 years of sales experience in F&B, Catering or Hospitality.
• Are an entry-level candidate with a passion for good food — you’re welcome to apply too!
• Are passionate about F&B, customer service and sales.
• Have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people.
• Are highly motivated, independent and ready to take initiative.
• Hold a Class 3 driving licence — this will be an added advantage.
