Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of catering, hospitality, or F&B sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients to generate new catering business.
• Prepare and present catering proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to secure bookings.
• Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure events are executed as requested.
• Manage event timelines, menu selections, setup arrangements, and client preferences.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of catering trends, menus, and pricing in the market.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
