ANNAPOORNA SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable catering supervisor to lead a team of cooks and oversee daily catering operations in Singapore. The role involves planning and executing catered events, designing client-focused menus, and ensuring top-notch hygiene and presentation standards.

You will manage event timelines, coordinate deliveries, and respond to on-site client requests, while maintaining inventory and producing regular reports on catering orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar position in F&B.
• Knowledge of kitchen food safety and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with catering equipment and their maintenance.
• Valid Food and Hygiene certificate.
• Customer service courtesy and tact.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day catering orders, event timelines and service specifications.
• Direct and supervise a team of catering cooks in their day-to-day duties.
• Plan and execute catered events as needed.
• Design and tailor menus to match client budgets and food trends.
• Create daily service schedules to coordinate food and beverage deliveries.
• Supervise staff during events and handle on-site client requests or issues.
• Ensure food hygiene, sanitation, and presentation standards match company protocols.
• Manage inventory, order daily supplies, and conduct stock checks.
• Provide monthly reports of all catering orders.
