Job summary

JUMBO GROUP OF RESTAURANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional to assist in end-to-end catering operations. This role includes supporting logistics planning for multi-site deliveries and monitoring fleet performance, among other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will coordinate manpower deployment, contribute to SOP development, and analyze operational data for decision-making. A collaborative approach with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure service excellence. Leadership training opportunities will also be available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end catering operations, from setup to teardown.
