Job summary

ANNAPOORNA SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Catering Operations Lead to coordinate orders, supervise cooks, and plan events. You will tailor menus to client budgets and ensure on-time delivery.

Role requires 5+ years in F&B, knowledge of kitchen safety and catering equipment, and a Food and Hygiene certificate. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar position in F&B industry.
• Knowledge of kitchen food safety, sanitation, food preparation area
• Knowledge of various catering equipment, their uses and maintenance
• Possess a valid Food and Hygiene certificate
• Courtesy and tact in dealing with customers and co-workers
