Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end catering operations, from setup to teardown.
• Support logistics planning for multi-site deliveries and events.
• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and shift planning across functions.
• Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement.
• Analyze operational data to support decision-making and cost control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in leadership training and strategic planning workshops.
