WILSON PARKING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to handle carpark intercom and hotline inquiries, identify issues, and provide pricing and availability information.

You will research and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root cause and monitor entrances/exits via CCTV. The role requires basic computer knowledge, the ability to multitask, and the stamina for 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be able to perform 12 hours shift duties.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Able to multi-task and work in an intense environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming carpark intercom and general hotline inquiries from customers.
• Identify and elevate carpark issues.
• Provide information on pricing, availability and other enquiries.
• Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root cause.
• Monitor carpark entrance/exit condition via CCTV cameras.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor and managers.
