Job summary

Wilson Parking (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service assistant to handle incoming carpark inquiries via intercom and hotline, provide information on pricing and availability, and identify and escalate issues. You will monitor entrance and exit via CCTV, assist customers under pressure, and perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

12-hour shifts, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming carpark's intercom and general hotline pertaining to customer's inquiry
• Identify and elevate any carpark issue
• Provide information to customers for any carparks enquiries like pricing, availability etc
• Research, identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding the root of the problem
• Monitoring of carpark entrance / exit condition via CCTV cameras
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior and managers
