Customer Service Executive/Assistant

To support our dynamic Air Freight division. You will manage end-to-end cargo bookings and maintain high service standards for regional and global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate international air export and import cargo bookings.
• Act as the key liaison between corporate clients and internal operational teams to ensure shipment readiness and schedule adherence.
• Process critical freight documentation, including Airway Bills (AWBs), commercial invoices, customs permits, and performance reports.
• Provide timely status updates, flight confirmations, and transit progress to clients.
• Handle billing administration, including GST billing, cost approval tracking, and payment coordination.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
