Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku Singapore is seeking a Career Services Executive to coordinate industry attachments and career development for students. You will source IA opportunities, build employer partnerships and ensure program quality.

The role will design and deliver career readiness initiatives, advise students on career pathways, track graduate employment outcomes and facilitate industry-based student projects and collaborations. Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• A recognised Diploma in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industry attachments, partnerships, or student services.
• Fluent English; Chinese preferred for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Source, secure and manage industrial attachment opportunities for students.
• Build and maintain employer partnerships to support placements.
• Design career readiness initiatives including workshops and interview prep.
• Guide students on career pathways beyond graduation and track outcomes.
• Develop industry partnerships to support student projects and collaborations.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
