National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Manager, Career Services to drive employment and employability efforts. The role supports the Career Services & Partnership Group and collaborates with government and private partners to connect jobseekers with employers.

You will coach jobseekers, plan outreach, draft case notes, and manage training provider collaborations. The position requires 5+ years in related fields and offers multiple island-wide locations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in job matching/recruitment/career coaching/career development facilitation/social work/counselling would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage jobseekers, network and collaborate across boundaries.
• Good analytical skills with ability to write reports and case notes independently.
• Growing leader and team player with good relationship management.
• Able to identify gaps and provide solutions to improve processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to multitask.
• Meticulous with good time management and organisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach jobseekers to achieve their goals, e.g. to be placed in jobs, and help jobseekers to be job ready.
• Work with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations of the career centre.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives to promote our career services for individuals.
• Draft case notes, analyse and recommend strategies for jobseekers to be placed, including sharing training courses and resume/ interview guidance.
• Use career coaching techniques to drive successful job matching outcomes for jobseekers and working people, including handling challenging profiles.
• Monitor and analyse progress of jobseekers and follow up if not placed timely.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (government, private partners).
• Liaise and manage training providers to deliver services via events, job fairs, etc.
• Assist in deploying coaches for outreach and monitor workload and KPIs.
• Manage feedback and appeals from various channels pertaining to our career services.
• Coordinate daily activities, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, monitor objectives.
• Refine and implement customer service operations and process improvements.
