Job summary

Ming Hwee Agency is seeking a meticulous Care Coordinator in Singapore to manage documentation, travel arrangements, and liaison with overseas partners. You will ensure accuracy of MOM e-Service, insurance, and security bonds while supporting consultants in client onboarding.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented administration and comfortable use of CRM systems; CEI certification is preferred or the willingness to attend training with company support.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, secretarial or operations roles preferred.
• EA experience is a bonus; CEI licensure preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Processing: manage documentation, MOM e-Service, insurance, and security bonds with 100% accuracy.
• Logistics & Travel Coordination: coordinate international flights, airport pickups, and local transport for training and check-ups.
• Embassy & Overseas Liaison: track contract verifications and pre-departure documentation.
• System & Data Management: keep CRM updated; track IPA approvals and flag delays.
• Client Support: assist clients with admin queries and onboarding processes.
