Job summary

ANGLO NURSES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Care Advisor to support families in Singapore seeking live-in caregiving. You will assess needs, advise on caregiver suitability, shortlist profiles, coordinate video interviews, and guide documentation with our care admin team.

This regulated role offers CEI (basic) certification sponsorship, ongoing training, and a collaborative, ethical team culture. Five-day weeks with a weekend day, and opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

CEI (basic) certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
Client-facing experience preferred (e.g. recruitment, healthcare coordination, education consulting, insurance, social services).
Strong communication skills across calls and messaging.
Comfortable using phone, video calls and basic systems.
Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct care needs assessments for medical, functional, and household requirements.
Advise families on caregiver suitability and expectations.
Shortlist and recommend suitable caregiver profiles.
Facilitate video interviews and manage placement coordination.
Guide documentation and compliance with support from Care Admin team.
Follow up post-placement to ensure smooth caregiver integration.
