Job summary

MING HWEE AGENCY in Singapore is seeking a proactive Family Care Consultant to guide families through the process of finding a suitable domestic helper. You serve as a trusted advisor, managing client relationships from first enquiry to successful placement, while aligning expectations with care needs and budget.

You will use AI-assisted tools to shortlist 3–5 candidates, present biodatas, and coordinate Zoom interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or FDW sector is advantageous.
• CEI (Basic) certification preferred; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication, empathy, listening, and tech-savviness with CRM and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries within 2 hours and assess needs.
• Shortlist 3–5 candidates using AI-assisted tools.
• Present biodatas and coordinate video interviews between families and helpers.
• Explain MOM requirements and manage client relationships.
• Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
