Job summary

NATIONAL HEART CENTRE OF SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a frontline Clinic Administrator to handle registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection, ensuring efficient patient flow in the clinic.

You will assist doctors, radiographers and patients in consultation and scan rooms, conduct basic patient assessments, coordinate tests/procedures, liaise with departments on appointments, and brief patients on preparation steps to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare administrative support (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Frontline duties: registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection.
• Support service improvement initiatives to ensure smooth patient flow in the clinic.
• Assist doctors, radiographers and patients in consultation and scan rooms; conduct basic patient assessments.
• Coordinate transfer of patients to scanner table and liaise with departments on test/procedure appointments.
• Brief patients on preparation needed prior to tests/procedures.
