Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Senior Card Product & Experience Specialist - MariBank. This Experienced (Individual Contributor) role sits in the Department Business Management.

You will own end-to-end roadmaps for debit and credit cards, design the customer journey, and collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Card Operations, or CX.
• Knowledge of card payment rails (Visa/Mastercard) and processing functionality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end feature roadmap for debit and credit cards.
• Design and refine the end-to-end customer journey.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure card systems are robust, compliant, and meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor market intelligence to benchmark against competitors.
