Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Services & Admin Executive to manage retail and corporate car rentals and support replacement car activations for insured customers.

This role focuses on smooth rental processing, clear customer communication, handling payments, and coordinating with operations to maximize fleet usage. Working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday with 5.5 working days, and alternate Saturday or Saturday WFH; salary ranges SGD 2,500–2,800 monthly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks.
• With valid class 3/3A driving license to support vehicle handling and replacement car activation, will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Secure retail and corporate rentals.
• Activating replacement cars for insured customers and follow up on due dates.
• Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to external customers.
• Ensure accurate processing of rental workflow through Fleetmatics.
• Furnish accurate driver particulars to respective authority for summons.
• Prepare quotation, tender, process monthly renewal, collect payment for Corporate accounts.
• Handle PRAC technical/breakdown such as vehicle unable to start, accident etc. Escalate promptly to operations/manager for follow up as appropriate.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurate and securely.
• Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area to create a pleasant and welcome environment for walk-in customers.
• Seek immediate assistance from relevant colleagues for issues that cannot be resolved within the department or escalated prompt to the manager as appropriate.
