Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates for F&B service roles in Singapore. You will provide friendly service, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle cashiering, and support daily outlet operations to ensure a positive dining experience.

Ideal applicants are customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and committed to teamwork and cleanliness. Training and growth within the F&B field are available.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good teamwork, service attitude and attention to cleanliness.
• Willing to learn and grow in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, handle cashiering and support daily outlet operations.
• Assist with reservations, customer enquiries and service recovery when required.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, cake/product displays and high service standards.
• Assist with stock planning, ordering and wastage control.
• Support manpower scheduling and smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
• For Service Captain: Lead the service team, supervise sections and guide junior staff.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the outlet.

• Salary: Up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus

• Working day & Hours: 5 days / 44 hours/week
