Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Captain to lead dining service in Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for OT, AWS and incentives. Location at Tanjong Pagar / Paya Lebar, Singapore. Competitive monthly pay with allowances.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure delivery to tables.
• Know the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Clear dirty dishes, clean and reset tables, and keep the dining area tidy and organized.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

F&B Service Captain

5/5.5 days, 44 hours per week

Salary: $2500-$2900 + OT + AWS + Incentives + Bonus

Location: Tanjong Pagar (Guoco Tower)/Paya Lebar

Job scope:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
