Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking an attentive Captain to uphold the highest standards of F&B service across our outlets. You will supervise presentation, ensure proper setup, and deliver friendly, guest-focused service.

You will need to manage rotating shifts, work on weekends and public holidays, and anticipate guests' needs while maintaining rigorous cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
