Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking an experienced Support Analyst in Singapore to join the ISAP/CMI/DRR team, focusing on data and regulatory reporting. The role requires a strong IT production support background, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication with Singapore and Paris hubs.

The candidate should be comfortable working across Linux/Windows, databases, scripting in Python and Shell, and a broad set of tools including Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and observability stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; industry certification advantageous.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in supporting or developing applications.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, with good communication to internal users.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 application support to Capital Market Regulatory operation, Risk Managers, Back Office, Middle Office, and Compliance teams.
• Communicate with end-users via phone, chat, email, and support tickets.
• Analyze and manage incidents, problems, and requests from users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to L3 application or infrastructure teams as needed.
• Supervise and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly processing chains/jobs.
• Handle user requests with project, infrastructure and production teams.
• Process and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on data and tickets.
• Able to work in shifting schedules (ASIA and EMEA), weekend and on-call.
