We are seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Market IT (CMI) department!
As Application Support Analyst, you are responsible of supporting users of Capital Market applications by responding their requests and resolving their incidents. You play a pivotal role between Business and all other IT roles on Run related topics. You must follow Capital Market IT Run processes standards and recommendations shared by Run Control Tower team and as a member of support community you will have to contribute to their improvement.
Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related major.
Candidates should have 1-3 years experience in relevant activities, and possess ITIL knowledge.
