Job summary

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) in Singapore seeks an Application Support Analyst to join the Capital Market IT team. You will provide L1/L2 support for AWS and big data applications, monitor health and data pipelines, and coordinate with business stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years' experience, ITIL knowledge, Linux/SQL skills, and familiarity with Python/Shell scripting, AWS, and CI/CD tools. Contract position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in application support, software development, cloud operations or data-related roles.
• ITIL knowledge and awareness of incident/change processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for AWS and Big Data-based applications.
• Resolve incidents with root cause analysis and implement workarounds.
• Be the primary point of contact, communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Develop basic automation and participate in testing/CI/CD activities.
• Collaborate with dev, cloud, data and business teams to resolve incidents.
