• 5+ years in DevOps engineering and application services.
• Experience with AI-powered tools (GitHub, Copilot) to boost productivity.
• Understanding of AI/ML basics, prompt engineering and human-AI collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, security and alignment with business needs.
• Experience identifying opportunities for AI integration and automation in workflows.

Position

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Architecture Operation (AO) team under Data and Regulatory Reporting department.

This a very hands-on technical role to drive continuous improvement initiatives on top of day-to-day BAU support. We need someone with fresh and relevant ideas, who is passionate about learning new things and wants to develop themselves further.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing primary operational technical support and assist the functional teams.
• Improving reliability and quality of our application (automation, monitoring, alerting, security, RCA etc.).
• Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot and resolve environment / middleware technical issues efficiently.
• Reducing time-to-market by implementing CI/CD pipelines wherever possible.
• Working closely with application teams, infrastructure and production teams to deliver vulnerability, obsolesce remediation.
• Managing technical issues, escalations and ensuring good level of delivery.
• Maintain, improve and standardize existing workflow processes and framework.
• Promoting knowledge sharing within the organization (trainings, documentation, etc.).
• Bridge the gap between Dev and Ops on operations side.

Qualifications and Profile

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, application services
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot) to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including prompt engineering, model limitations, and best practices for human-AI collaboration
• Experience in evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and alignment with business requirements
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within existing workflows and processes

Technical

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of databases concepts / scripting (SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred)
• Proficient in git.
• Hand-on experience with Java technology stack, Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Basic/intermediate experience with ELK
• Good knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Nice to have Atlassian Bamboo / Jenkins / GitLab runners.
• Good understating of asynchronous systems and message brokers (e.g. Kafka).
• Nice to have cloud ops experience (AWS, GPC, etc).
