Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to drive campus recruitment and manage internship programs. You will build partnerships with IHLs, oversee end-to-end internships, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs.

You’ll lead campus events, manage onboarding and engagement, and analyze metrics to continuously improve the program and employer branding efforts targeted at early-career talent in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment and/or internship program management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative and proactive mindset with interest in employer branding and talent engagement.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Manage and enhance the end-to-end internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities, performance evaluations, and conversion planning.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Drive employer branding initiatives targeted at early career talent through digital and on-campus channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support throughout their internship journey.
• Track and analyze recruitment and internship metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
