Job summary

[Confidential Semiconductor Co.] in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead internships, scholarships and early-career programmes on a 12-month renewable contract. You will partner with hiring managers, design recruitment plans and manage sourcing, assessment, offers and onboarding.

You will also plan campus events, nurture university relationships and drive data-driven improvements in hiring outcomes and candidate experience, collaborating with global TA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition programme/process management.
• Strong project management, planning and organisational capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience analysing recruitment data and using insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems, digital collaboration platforms and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for internship, scholarship and early-career programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, selection, offer and onboarding activities.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs and employer-branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions and student communities.
• Manage early-career programmes from planning through execution.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, dashboards and stakeholder feedback.
• Recommend improvements to candidate experience, hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners and regional or global Talent Acquisition teams.
• Support inclusive recruitment, workforce planning and long-term talent-pipeline initiatives.
