Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree from a local accredited institution; able to commit 3+ months.
• Experience with event photography and short video content.
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end talent pipeline programs including career fairs and STEM outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for interns and early-career talents.
• Assist onboarding, engagement, and offboarding activities for interns.
• Drive employer branding by capturing photos/videos at events and creating short content.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
