Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruitment marketing.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal capabilities

Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing

Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related fields
