Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage benefits execution, payroll data accuracy, and lifecycle support for employees in Singapore.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, and government-related processes, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and CPF/tax requirements. A 2–3 year track record in Singapore HR operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR operations experience, especially Singapore payroll and benefits processing.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.
• Experience with HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits and payroll data in the HRIS and improve processes.
• Process Employment Pass, S Pass renewals and updates; maintain records.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Assist HR management with audits, reports, and system governance.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on HR operations projects.
