Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Singapore. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and TA operations.

You will support interview coordination, ATS data integrity, job postings, and reporting while gaining experience with campus events and recruitment projects. This internship emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Business/Communications/Psychology/Marketing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable working with data and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with interview coordination and candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Support job posting activities and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring metrics.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
• Assist with offers and recruitment administration.
• Support data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
