Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore West is seeking a facilities/housing operations professional responsible for daily inspections and documentation of residential and common areas, ensuring compliance with rules and efficient follow-up.

You will respond to residents' inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors, and help maintain HMS records while supporting improvements and trend analyses. Three-month contract with monthly salary up to SGD 4,000.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building/Property Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in facilities, property, housing, estate or operations management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections of residential and common facilities, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Advise residents/users on housing rules and regulations and elevate recurring or serious cases where necessary.
• Handle residents’ enquiries, feedback and complaints through ServiceNow, email, phone and face-to-face channels.
• Liaise with residents, internal departments, hall staff, contractors and vendors on maintenance, cleaning and facility-related matters.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance and cleaning works, including escorting contractors when works are carried out in student rooms.
• Supervise vendors onsite and ensure compliance with relevant safe work procedures.
• Monitor service requests/tickets, assign cases to the appropriate teams and track completion against established SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Housing Management System (HMS) and support system/process improvements.
• Assist with trend analysis, reporting and other operational or administrative duties as assigned.

Education
