Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a temporary Housing/Facilities Coordinator to support operations at Pioneer. The role runs for 3 months with a salary up to $4,000 per month.

You will conduct daily walkarounds, coordinate with residents, staff and contractors, maintain records, and administer the Housing Management System while ensuring adherence to safety and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum a GCE 'A' Level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkarounds of managed spaces and maintain inspection records.
• Advise users on breaches and elevate recalcitrant cases for enforcement action.
• Coordinate with residents, staff, contractors, and departments on maintenance, cleaning, turnover, and community concerns.
• Monitor and resolve service requests, feedback, and complaints through relevant channels, ensuring cases are tracked against SLA.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, cleaning works, and contractors’ compliance with safe work procedures.
• Prepare work requisitions, purchase orders, advisories, and management reports, including trend analysis where required.
• Manage furniture and appliance inventory, including purchasing recommendations and orders.
• Administer the Housing Management System (HMS), ensuring data accuracy and supporting system improvements.
