Responsibilities

• Assist the Industry Engagement Manager in executing industry collaborations and live projects.
• Support industry talks, workshops and events, including logistics and materials prep.
• Arrange venues and equipment, create registration lists and event-day setups.
• Host industry guests and ensure a professional on-site experience.
• Prepare agendas, briefing decks and meeting materials.
• Track project timelines and follow up with stakeholders on milestones.
• Maintain documentation, checklists and project records.
• Use shared drives and workflow trackers to support day-to-day operations.
• Manage calendar scheduling and respond to industry enquiries.
