Job summary

You will assist with project coordination, on-site execution and registration, marketing or partnerships, with a hands-on approach and close collaboration with internal teams and vendors during the event lifecycle. Qualifications

• Full-time, fixed-term contract from October to December 2026.
• Organised, dependable and attentive to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and follow-ups.
• Update trackers, contact lists and event documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders on tasks.
• Handle registration enquiries and participant services.
• Assist with marketing content and promotional activities.
• Support partnerships with partner correspondence and on-site needs.
