Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Singapore invites you to join as a six‑month project coordinator, supporting the Industry Engagement Manager in delivering industry collaborations, live projects and programme activities with professional execution.

Based at Bugis, you will handle logistics, talks and events, arrange venues and equipment, prepare materials, coordinate with academic and facilities teams, and maintain project records and calendars to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Industry Engagement Manager in driving the execution of industry collaborations, live projects and programme activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Support industry talks, workshops and events, including logistics, materials preparation and on-site coordination.
• Arrange venues, equipment, registration lists and event-day setups, working proactively with academic, technical and facilities teams.
• Support in hosting industry guests, ensuring a professional and well-managed experience.
• Prepare agendas, briefing decks, meeting materials and minutes for project and event discussions.
• Track project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Update and maintain accurate documentation, operational checklists and project records.
• Use digital tools (shared drives, spreadsheets, workflow trackers, online forms) to support project tracking and day-to-day operations.
• Manage calendar scheduling and respond to general industry-related enquiries.
