Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support staff and IBG notes reservations and coordination with customers and corporate clients.
• Coordinate vendors, cost quotations and logistics for campaign activities.
• Support operational planning and execution across pop-up ATMs and CNY initiatives.
• Coordinate preparation and administration of marketing and campaign collateral.
• Support internal communications and campaign updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate campaign delivery, testing, tracking and reporting, including CNY & queue activities.
• Assist post-campaign closure and resolve outstanding operational matters.
• Provide support for other CNY campaign tasks as assigned by the manager.
