Qualifications

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of customer engagement and business campaigns across channels and locations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers for smooth delivery of campaign activities.
• Manage logistics, timelines, and operational requirements for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare, track, and administer campaign materials, documentation, and collateral.
• Provide regular updates on campaign progress and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Coordinate user testing, deployment, performance tracking, and reporting activities.
• Monitor milestones and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain campaign records, reports, budgets, quotations, and other admin docs.
• Provide operational support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer engagement and business campaigns across multiple channels and locations.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of campaign activities.
3. Manage logistics arrangements, operational requirements, and timelines for various marketing and business initiatives.
4. Prepare, track, and administer campaign materials, documentation, and supporting collateral.
5. Support stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on campaign progress and deliverables.
6. Coordinate user testing, campaign deployment, performance tracking, and reporting activities.
7. Monitor project milestones and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely completion.
8. Maintain campaign records, reports, budgets, quotations, and other administrative documentation.
9. Provide operational and administrative support for ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and supporting project execution.
