Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations & Campaigns Coordinator to act as the main liaison between wholesale teams and retail partners. You will ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns, store activations, and visual merchandising standards across partner stores.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail operations or related fields, strong project management, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, trade marketing, visual merchandising, project management, or related functions.
• Experience within retail, consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or sports-related industries is advantageous.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable conducting regular site visits.
• Passion for retail and delivering exceptional brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal campaigns and product launches across retail partner stores, ensuring marketing materials, visual merchandising assets, and promotional tools are delivered and implemented on schedule.
• Coordinate store openings, renovations, and shop-in-shop (SIS) setups while supporting day-to-day retail operational requirements.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with brand and visual merchandising standards, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align activation timelines and operational requirements.
• Support commercial objectives through strong in-store execution, product visibility, and enhancement of the customer shopping experience.
• Monitor campaign and activation performance, prepare post-activity reports, and identify opportunities to improve retail execution.
• Maintain activation calendars, project timelines, and budget tracking to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
