Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to join our contact centre team. You will handle customer service hotline and provide first-level support across OMNI channels, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with location at AMK/ Maxwell. Applicants with a Diploma/NITEC/GCE O Level and 1–2 years call centre experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC/GCE O level or equivalent.
• Minimum C5 in English O level.
• 1–2 years of call centre or service-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service hotline and provide first-level support from OMNI channels.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and promptly.
• Follow standard operating procedures closely.
• Work as a team to ensure contact centre service levels are met.
• Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead.
