Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, understand needs, and provide accurate assistance from Ubi.

This 6-month contract (extendable) requires Monday to Friday work, 8:15am to 6:00pm, occasional Saturday support, immediate or short-notice availability, and a Higher Nitec level or above.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec & Above.
• Prior experience in Call Centre is advantageous.
• Open to work on Saturdays once per month.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide accurate assistance.
• Attend to enquiries regarding services, accounts and general information.
• Provide suitable solutions according to company procedures.
• Record customer interactions and follow-up details accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
