Job summary

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Operations Executive to support daily operations of a growing pastry brand and cafe in Singapore. You will oversee retail and customer service, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth dine-in, takeaway and order fulfilment.

You'll monitor stock, collaborate with the pastry/production team, arrange deliveries, and assist with events, pop-ups and roadshows while maintaining food hygiene and SOP standards. Fresh graduates with hands-on attitude may be considered.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, events or operations preferred.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on attitude may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail and customer service operations
• Coordinate staff deployment and operational requirements
• Support dine-in, takeaway and order fulfilment
• Monitor stock, inventory, packaging supplies and wastage
• Coordinate closely with the pastry/production team
• Arrange deliveries and liaise with suppliers/delivery partners
• Support events, pop-ups & roadshows, including setup, stock and manpower
• Coordinate part-time/event staff
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and SOP standards are followed
• Handle operational issues and support day-to-day problem solving
